Risk assessments and purposes.
A Risk assessment is a form you need to fill out before shooting. This risk assessment will identify all hazards and you will have to write your own judgement for how likely it'll happen, if so what will you do to avoid it happening.
The purpose of the document so not only you can ensure the cast they are safe also as it's a legal document if someone does tend to get hurt, you could possibly use the form to ensure the judge you had considered all the possible hazards in that environment or set you are working at.
