Moon-night

I chose this shot to be apart of the sequence in my music video Yves - rise up because I thought the idea of the sky day and night would relate to the lyrics 'rise up' or 'dream to fly over the rainbow so high'. These lyrics gives the impression of freedom and confidents, I thought the moon would be a great way to signify that quote. 

Sky- day time

I chose this shot to use the sky for the same reason to signify the meaning of the song Yves larock - rise up  in one word, Freedom.

We chose these shots to weave in and out of the film as we thought this would link up the sequence through out the music video only when it becomes relevant in relations to the lyrics such as 'direction'. Myself and my production partner Maddie Govier decided it'll be a good Idea to us this because any direction is a to move forward in life.

LOCATION PLAN

The four pictures below are 2 of 4 locations we are using for our music video. 

This is my back garden which i'll be using for the end of the music video, ending it with a party celebration.

props we will be using to make it look like a party would be empty bottles of beer, wine glasses with black-current in, balloons. The dress code for this production will be sophisticated and bright colours. Also this is a great location as there is a back light already installed. Myself and my production partner will use this for the main character to stand out. 

This is a picture of my back garden with out the back light, showing the advantage we have. The third step on the decking we will balance the camera on to end it as a stationary shot. Ending it with just over the ankles showing the heels and shoes, just before the unidentified(main character) uncovers his identity. The edit we will use to finish the production piece, will be a blurred vision fade out to black. 

For the lighting as myself and my production partner Maddie Govier we knew one light at the back will not be enough as we will be filming around 4-5 O'clock which will be dark, so to set the tone of the image we will use many light sources such as torches and phone lights this is for my budget plan.

Southend Sea front water fountain, will be where the dance crew will take place.
We chose this because its a stunning view of the water fountain. This will occurre at night, and also in the day time  in another location placed in Basildon.

Currently, it is his most successful single yet, reaching the top ten in many European countries, including six, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Finland, Italy, and Romani.. Since its release Yves Rise Up has become a well known hit in many bars and clubs.

Feed back on music video.

On the wall everyone had got in pairs so I had paired with Maddie Govier. We picked two songs with two different ideas.

Maddie had chose disclosure and I had chose Yves larock - Rise up. As we both gave our ideas everyone had chosen disclosure but what myself and Maddie felt that the opinion was based on the popularity of the song, So we had decided upon ourselves to make a music video by Yves larock - rise  up.

Sea world finial cut.

My sea world final cut

My final cut, I mainly had use insert edit, cut audio clips from the visual and replaced the visual clips leaving the audio with an other clip.
I mainly used fade in fade out transitions to link the sequences of clips together.
The music i had chosen for the background of the underwater clips because i felt like it had fitted together really well, as the ocean can be a very calming experience.
